What I believe. And how I build.

Build the right thing first. Speed matters only when the product solves a real problem.

Operator > consultant. AI should end in something working, not another presentation.

AI should remove work. If automation creates another dashboard to manage, it missed the point.

Arabic is a product requirement. For MENA products, RTL and Arabic should be first-class from day one.
