I've spent fifteen years building and running companies across Kuwait and the UAE, Wavai, Menasa, Al-Qabas Newspaper, Bleep. CTO seats, COO seats, founder seats. The lesson that stuck: most teams ship the wrong thing well. Speed only matters when the thing being shipped is the right thing.

Why Lovable now.

Operators have ideas constantly. The bottleneck has never been the idea, it has been the team you needed to test it. Lovable removes that bottleneck. I can take a founder's napkin sketch and have a working product in front of users inside a week. That changes what's worth trying, and it changes what's worth founding.

Long discovery phases. If we can't see a working surface in week one, the engagement is wrong.
