Do you work with existing internal teams?

Yes — it's the most common format. Your team builds; I bring product and architecture direction, review the work and unblock the hard decisions.

Do you build the product or only advise?

Both. Depending on scope, the build runs through Wavai or your team builds with my direction. Either way, the person who scoped the work stays accountable for it working.

Can you help us decide what should be automated?

Yes — that decision is most of the value. We map the workflows, rank them by cost and risk, and automate the ones where a system genuinely beats a person.
