Inspect what changes for callers, not how the diff looks.

Review the diff as a production change. Trace altered inputs through side effects and outputs. Look for broken invariants, stale callers, partial failure, concurrency, authorization, and data compatibility. Report only actionable defects introduced by this change; cite the smallest relevant line range and give a concrete failure scenario.

Test-gap review

Find missing assertions that could let a regression ship.

List the behavior the patch claims to preserve or add. Map each behavior to an executable test. Flag only high-value gaps where the current suite could pass with the implementation materially broken. Suggest the assertion, not an entire test rewrite.
