Begin with boundaries, not recommendations.

Map runtime entry points, trust boundaries, state stores, third-party services, deployment targets, and critical request paths. Cite files and symbols. Separate verified facts from inference. Do not recommend changes yet.

Reliability audit

Look for failure behavior along critical paths.

For each critical request path, inspect timeouts, retries, idempotency, concurrency, partial failure, and observability. Report only findings with a concrete failure scenario and code evidence. Rank by impact × likelihood × detectability.
