Why regional context changes the build
A UAE business is usually operating in at least two languages, across a customer base drawn from dozens of nationalities, on a channel mix where WhatsApp outranks email. Products designed for a single-language North American market do not survive that unchanged, and the failures are rarely dramatic — they are small, constant and expensive.
A support agent that handles Arabic but not the way people actually type it. A quoting flow that assumes one address format. A knowledge system that indexes the English half of the document set and silently returns nothing for the rest. Each is fixable at design time and awkward to retrofit.

Do you have an office in the UAE?
No. The work is remote-first with regular time on the ground, and the operating base is Kuwait. Workshops and first-look sessions are planned as trips rather than improvised.
Which emirates do you work with?
Across the country. Dubai and Abu Dhabi have dedicated pages because the typical engagement differs there; companies elsewhere in the Emirates are welcome and the process is the same.
Can you work with a team that has no AI experience?
That's the common case. Part of every engagement is handover — documentation, an admin surface, and the ability to change system behaviour without an engineer.
What does an engagement usually start with?
A thirty-minute call, then a scoping pass over the workflow with the highest potential impact. If nothing there justifies a build yet, that's a legitimate outcome and I'll say so.
