Practical AI development for Sharjah businesses.
I help established teams in Sharjah turn repetitive operations, scattered knowledge and product ideas into focused AI tools, agents and automation that people can actually run.
A different starting point from a startup pitch
The useful AI opportunity in an established business is often hidden inside ordinary work: enquiries copied between WhatsApp and a CRM, product information maintained in several files, quotes assembled from old documents, or staff who depend on one person to find the right answer.
Those problems do not need an innovation theatre project. They need a clear workflow boundary, reliable source data and a small first build that proves whether AI improves the result. That is the approach I bring to Sharjah engagements: diagnose the operational friction, choose the smallest sensible intervention, and leave the team with a system it can understand and operate.
I am based in Kuwait and serve UAE clients remotely with planned time on the ground. I do not claim a Sharjah office. The model works because discovery, product design, development and review can happen as one continuous engagement rather than being passed between separate strategy and delivery teams.
What is worth building
The best first project is usually narrow enough to measure and useful enough that a team wants it on Monday morning.
Triage, data capture, document handling, reporting and follow-up across the tools a team already uses.
Internal knowledge tools
Search and question-answering over policies, catalogues, contracts and past work, with links back to the source rather than unsupported answers.
Customer-facing products and internal applications taken from a business problem to a deployed, testable build.
Lead and support workflows
Bilingual classification, drafting, routing and clean human handover for enquiries arriving through web, email or WhatsApp.
Product-data cleanup, bilingual catalogue work, support triage and post-purchase automation across Shopify or WooCommerce.
Agents with a bounded job, explicit permissions, observable actions and human approval wherever a wrong answer has consequences.
Where AI fits—and where it does not
A process is a good candidate when it happens frequently, follows recognisable rules, consumes meaningful staff time and has a result someone can judge. It is a poor candidate when the underlying process changes every week, the source data cannot be trusted, or the cost of a wrong action is high and nobody owns the review step.
The first engagement therefore maps the work before selecting a model or platform. Sometimes the right answer is an automation with no generative AI at all. Sometimes it is a retrieval system that drafts but never acts. Choosing that boundary honestly is part of the consulting work, not a reason to sell a larger build.
How an engagement runs
Map one workflow
Follow the work from trigger to outcome, including the unofficial spreadsheets, messages and approvals around it.
Define the safe boundary
Agree what the system may read, draft or change, and where a person must approve the result.
Prototype on real examples
Use representative inputs early so the team can judge accuracy and usefulness before the scope expands.
Build and integrate
Add authentication, permissions, error handling and connections to the systems already in use.
Measure and hand over
Track the result, document operation and leave an admin path that does not require a developer for every change.
Relevant operating and product experience
Regional work that supports the claims, without invented local case studies.

Common questions
Are you based in Sharjah?
No. I am based in Kuwait and work with UAE clients remotely, with planned in-person time when discovery or review benefits from it. I do not claim a Sharjah office or address.
Do we need an internal development team?
No. The engagement can cover product definition, design, development and handover. A named business owner is more important than an existing engineering team.
Can you add AI to an existing website or business system?
Yes, when the existing system exposes a safe integration path. The first step is to inspect its data, permissions and APIs before deciding whether to extend it or build a separate tool around it.
Do you work in Arabic and English?
Yes. Bilingual interfaces, Arabic search and dialect-tolerant inputs are considered at design time rather than added after the English product is complete.

Bring one recurring operational problem. We can usually tell in the first conversation whether AI belongs in the solution.
